After months, sometimes years of hard work and planning it’s common to worry how your wedding day will actually come together. On the day coordination ensures peace of mind to you and your family as we expertly take over the full management of your wedding day. This is a fairly simple package for those who are confident taking their plans right up until the wedding day, then wish to step back and soak up every bit of wedding magic. THIS PACKAGE COMPRISES:

  • This meeting can be held online, at your home, venue, or agreed location. This gives us a chance to get to know one another and go through every last detail of your plans.

  • Duties will include, but not limited to:

    • Welcome and hosting guests. Keeping the wedding party informed at all times

    • Time management

    • Oversee and communicate with suppliers

    • Discreet problem solving

    • Wedding day emergency kit. From umbrellas to deodorant. I bring it all!

    • Full design and prop set up of all areas. Ceremony, canapés and reception

    • Rearranging decor from one part of your day to use at another

    • Ensuring floor plans and table set up is correct

    • Confirming that the right music is played for all the formalities

    • Control & brief of plans B & C, in the instance of inclement weather etc

    • Tidy of the bridal suite (if getting ready onsite)

    • Master of Ceremonies (if required)
