Final weeks

THE FINAL MONTH OF YOUR PLANNING IS ALWAYS THE BUSIEST

All those tasks you had partially completely suddenly become fairly urgent. Suppliers start to require the final schedule of your day, final guest numbers and your decision on finer details. You have a table plan to confirm, a pre-order to send your venue or caterers and will be expected to field any questions about your day. Don’t take the full strain on the lead up and hand over the reins to an expert.

We start with a meeting around 8 weeks prior to go over your plans in detail. As well as taking on the final organisation of your wedding day, our knowledge will pick up any gaps to fill. The Final Weeks allows you to be the married couple and we do what we love: coordinate, manage, have fun and ensure you party till the end.

 

THIS PACKAGE COMPRISES:

  • I will touch base with all your suppliers, triple checking all details made thus far. Acting as their main point of contact, it leaves you free to enjoy your pre-wedding activities.

  • Creation of your full wedding schedule, including any lead-up events. If you’re traveling a distance to your venue a few days before the big day, I will design a schedule from the very first minute you leave the house. This schedule will cover every last detail.

  • The final meeting at your venue is massively important. It will be the last time you run through your whole day to make amendments or additions. Having CWE there means no last detail will be forgotten. I’ve seen some of the best decisions been made at this stage.

  • My duties will include, but not limited to:

    • Welcome and hosting guests. Keeping the wedding party informed at all times

    • Time management

    • Oversee and communicate with suppliers

    • Discreet problem solving

    • Wedding day emergency kit. From umbrellas to deodorant. I bring it all!

    • Full design and prop set up of all areas. Ceremony, canapés and reception

    • Rearranging decor from one part of your day to use at another

    • Ensuring floor plans and table set up is correct

    • Confirming that the right music is played for all the formalities

    • Control & brief of plans B & C, in the instance of inclement weather etc

    • Tidy of the bridal suite (if getting ready onsite)

    • Master of Ceremonies (if required)
